We do not :

- read or look at any data on hard drives / memory cards that are entrusted to us. Our technicians are only interested in the technical side of your data, we have no interest in analysing it whatsoever.

- we are legally bound not to make duplicates, copies or backups of data we recover from yourself.

- we do not pass your data to any 3rd parties, even during the repair process. All data recovery is performed in-house.

Rest assured your information is safe with us. Immediately after we recover and despatch your data to you on DVD discs or new hard drive, we destroy any data that belongs to you within 24 hours.
